La
Justicia Uruguaya is a journal
containing reports of court cases and
decisions as well as information about
the Courts. From its very beginning, on
April 15, 1940, it has been edited daily,
with its case law and doctrinal sections,
plus legal and/or commercial notices,
such the ones covering Probate and Succession
Proceedings, Dissolution and Liquidation
of Community Property between Spouses,
Lapse of Promises of Sale, Rectification
of Civil Register Certificates, Prescription
and Adverse Possession, Divorce, Incapacity,
Business calls, Sale of Commercial Establishments,
Summonses, Condemnations, Literary and
Artistic Productions Copyright, Bylaws
of Cooperatives, Limited Liability Companies,
Corporations: bylaws, amendments and changes,
pools and dissolutions, Balance Sheets,
etc.
Our journal also includes notices of judicial
or commercial auctions. The notices being
